Dear Andrew M. Miller,

What I miss the most:
-The "compactness" of Emailer's interface: It just seems that Emailer used
less real estate on my desktop
-Dedicated window for folders; also, it would be nice to have mail only
folders in their own window.
-Ability to hide folders in that window.
-I seemed to have more control over creating filters.
-Simpler, easier Find command: I liked the way Emailer searched message,
folder or all messages and that "intuitive auto-paste" (can't describe it
really, but those who used Emailer know what I mean...)

What I like in Entourage:
-Custom views
-Integration with office: spellchecker, dictionary, address book etc.

On the whole, Entourage was a surprisingly easy changeover for me. So easy
that I sometimes think they were designed by the same people...

I've had a much harder time getting used to the Entourage PIM, coming from
the Palm desktop - which I still might go back to. On the other hand,
integrating the PIM and email client is a great thing! So I don't know and
hope that a) Entourage's PIM gets better or b) the Palm desktop gets an
integrated email client...
