It happens to me in both Entourage X ~and~ in Entourage 2001. I've never
seen any rhyme or reason to it, but sometimes it just happens out of
nowhere. Quitting Entourage and relaunching it always fixes it...until it
happens again a few days later :) I've never had it happen in any other
application, so I am assuming it'd just a bug.
