Did M$ lie to you and say "E'rage X supports Palm....PSYCH!!!"? No. They
were pretty up front about it. If you chose to ignore that, and not read any
readmes on web sites, or any reviews, and ignored item 3 in the Entourage
Readme:

[3Synchronizing with a Palm Handheld

EntourageX does not include synchronization with Palm handheld devices.
Palm synchronization will be available at a later date. For more information
about synchronization with handhelds, see
http://www.microsoft.com/mac/entourage/palm/default.asp.]

Well, that's your own issue for laying out money without making sure that a
critical feature was supported.

As well, considering that the Palm Desktop, and hence, all Conduit manager a
applications kernel extensions are still in *beta*, exactly how is
Microsoft being unconscionable here? You want to gripe about Conduits in X,
go to www.palm.com

Considering that the only source of Mac support for WinCE or PocketPC is a
third party company, NOT microsoft, that's a pretty weak accusation.
