Sherman, Thank YOU for that tip! I keep discovering things I didn't know about Entourage that make it continually a little easier to use. Very cool! I'd been using the pull-down menu at the top, and since I have way too many categories it meant scrolling off screen. The keyboard approach you outline is much, much faster. Works with mail messages, both incoming and outgoing, as well.
