Copy the Microsoft User Data folder from your original user to the new
users Documents folder.

File permissions may be a problem in this area. My main identity has chmod
777 permissions, which means that anyone can use it, however, an unused
default identity has 644, so there may be some access problems for the new
user. Yet a third identity has 700 permissions, which would certainly
provide access problems for other users than the one who created it! I don't
know why these identities have different permissions, even though I know
what they do I don't usually go messing with file permissions - it can be a
recipe for disaster!

You may need to reset the ownership of the transferred data files. It can be
done in UNIX, but safest is probably to do it one file at a time with a GUI
app like X-Ray (search Versiontracker).

Running into debt doesn't bother me; it's running into creditors that's
upsetting.
