I did that for a while to play with SIMS, but would like something more
reliable that what my home machine can provide me with on receiving end.
Besides, my IP is in a couple of Dial-up IP lists and is denied SMTP
relaying from many hosts.

And I meant to say that I want to get the mail with fetchmail, not postfix,
sorry for the confusion (postfix is what I installed instead of fixing
Sendmail). I don't mind processing it on my end, but since my email is kind
of important to me, I would like to use "real" SMTP and POP servers on a
fixed IP, not my Mac on a cable modem under my desk. Call me snob if yo
must! :-)

So far I had a suggestion off list to try Macconnect. I'll report on my
findings.
