No you can't add 'junk domains' to the JMF. You can make a mail rule to
declare mail from those domains as junk (note how you can be very open or
very restrictive on the criteria):

<Execute if <any are met>

Criteria:
From: Contains <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
From: Contains <@junkdomain.com>
From: ends with <.ru>
Subject: Contains <"      ">

Action:
Change Status <Read>
Change Status <Junk Mail>
Move to <Junk Mail Review Folder>
