I was trying to unsubscribe from a mailing list. After I sent the unsubscribe request, the mailing list daemon sent me a confirmation message. To complete the unsubsribe I needed to send a blank reply to an address of the form
<list-digest-uc.1019616783.dghciokgedlcdlnchgpo-julianv=mindspring.com@abc-x yz.net> In the the above address, I altered a few letters, but the address length and formatting were as shown. Entourage X refused to send to this address. I got an almost instant error message reporting that the address was unrecognized, or the server was refusing it.
