Do you understand Barry's "unix" shorthand? The ~ at the beginning of the
path means:

    (OS X hard disk)/Users/(you)/

That's the Documents folder to look in (in "Home").

How exactly did you "open the database"? I would have suggested trying to
Switch Identities, but I think it's pointless. The fact that you were asked
if you wanted to use Entourage as your email program (it doesn't matter
whether you answered Yes or No, so stop worrying about that) indicates to me
that there was no exisiting Microsoft User Data folder in this OS X User,

You don't say what you did in your "fit of frustration", but it sounds very
much to me as if you completed deleted your MUD folder from your OS X User,
or else you're in a new User in OS X. Look in the Trash - it might be there,
undetected - it won't work from there.

Use Sherlock again, searching your entire hard disk - all partitions and ser
folders, for Microsoft User Data. Make sure that you check all User folders
that appear in the Sherlock list.
