Not a good solution either. > > Thanks in advance. You don't have to do any of that. Just control click on the name and Add to Address Book (or command=). Entourage is smart - it tells you there is someone of that name already in the Address Book and asks if you want to make a new contact or add the new email address. If you click "add" it not only does so but opens the contact for you, so you can delete the old address if you want to. You've got to be more adventurous and just try things out! You'll be surprised at what they've already thought of.
