I believe that even the old conduits for Entourage 2001 sync Datebook 3 and 4 event categories. And since Palm Desktop 4 (the OS X version) has categories for Datebook, I imagine it's all built in now. (And I'd be very surprised if the next version of the Palm OS itself didn't have categories built in.
