Thanks for the suggestions, I downloaded the script and sent it to my friend. However I had forgotten to mention that he never had this problem with Outlook Express, that he used when he was still on OS9. It is since he switched to X and to Entourage that the problem appeared. However he didn't switch ISP's, so that can't be the explanation. Besides, we both have the same ISP and I never have problems with even more recipients and using Entourage X.
