Any ideas on how to send out an email to my entire list, about 1400 people so that everyone gets an email addressed directly to them but can’t see the other recipients? With Entourage for Mac.

Put them into a Group (is that what you mean by a list?), and check the box at the top that says "Hide recipients' names in messages". Find out what your ISP's limit is for the number of recipients per message (usually between 50 and 200) and get
