I've got something odd happening that I can't fix. Here's what I did, and the symptoms I now have.
I set "Work Offline". I then marked a couple of messages for deletion and created a new message. Entourage duly informed me that it would take care of these actions when I went online again. The next time I went online, Entourage when into action deleting and sending my messages. It also put up a small, modal dialog box in the middle of the screen informing that it was taking care of actions. Now, however, when I'm working online, whatever I do (check mail, mark a message for deletion from the server), it pops up this modal dialog box. It never did this before, and it's very annoying. Also, Entourage went through a period of popping up that dialog box showing the actions (0 of 1), then another large dialog telling me it couldn't complete the actions (I had only tried to check mail), and then crashing. It seems to have stopped the crashing behavior, but this constant small dialog dialog (0 of 1 actions) every time I check mail is a real nuisance that was never there before.
