I doubt it. I have never seen it anywhere outside of about 50 miles from
Stockport. 

You can occasionally get bottles of 'Old Tom' down here, but it's not the
same stuff as the cask beers.

Their web site only lists their own pubs, all in the northwest. Your best
bet is to get into one of the CAMRA pubs and ask if they do it as a guest
beer.
