No. You have to click. Deletion is a serious matter that a quick unthinking
keypress could remove important data permanently and irretrievably. It's
standard on all Mac apps (and probably on every platform) to have the
default button for Cancel for deletion dialogs.

Get OS 10.2 probably: we'll see. Most of these things are related to how OS
X works. And you'll find that most of the slower things are related to
activities involving windows and other UI actions. Some things that depend
just on Entourage's own database are significantly faster in Entourage X
over 2001.
