How to proceed to do what? The sensible thing is to upgrade your 2001 Office to X. If you're asking how to share data between them, that's what my script package Export-Import Entourage is for. You'd need to get both Export-Import Entourage X and Export-Import Entourage 2001. (You only need to pay once - the same code will work in both.) There's a separate document in there called "Synchronization" with a rather complicated technique for synching on a regular basis using a Custom View after you've done your first transfer of data. Once you've got it figured out it should work quite smoothly.
