I have a T415 and it syncs without a problem. My son's S360 needed the Missing Sync software from MarkSpace to work.
The conduit is another problem altogether. Once I sync'd with it, I can no longer get my Clie to Sync with Outlook on the PC. It managed to corrupt most of the data on the Exchange server... I'll help debug this if someone needs more information.
