Thanks a bunch Allen. I found a script that had been doing this to me (of
course intermittently since the rule that fired the script was only invoked
when email was downloaded from a certain list) and removing the activation
command cleared this annoying problem. I'm using E2001 but I doubt that
would make much difference in this case.
