Send me the exact steps you used so I can add them to the FAQ pages. I have
a section on database troubles.

Note: I an working on FAQs for Entourage...... Still under construction.

Seems I remember problems with Eudora users import being corrupted. Can
anyone verify that?

If the import was corrupt or caused corrupt data, it would certainly explain
why some new users would experience the problems you described.
