I *do* explicitly "Work Offline". And I do realize that some actions can be
"recorded" while offline and applied to the messages later, such as deleting
and message status changes (Those might actually be the same thing...).

One of the offline actions that isn't allowed, however, is moving (copy and
delete really) messages to another folder. This is what is keeping me from
converting the account I spoke of. I need to be able to file and organize
messages while offline (I ride the train to/from work and that is when I
have the most time to manage my email). I can't imagine that this isn't a
common desire among laptop users.
