Just as a data point, I've been running PGP 8.0 beta since its release and have not experienced this problem. <knock on Formica> However, I did have a similar problem while running both 'Rage and Apple's Mail at the same time for an hour or so. (I had Mail set not to check accounts so as not to interfere with 'Rage. I was playing with the new Mail when Jag was released.) After quitting Mail, 'Rage insisted I enter my password for all accounts it checked. I did so, and haven't had the problem since.
