Another possibility: Use just Microsoft Word, create your newsletter with
graphics and whatever. Then, "print" it and select the "Save as PDF file"
button. Then, mail the PDF to people as an attachment.

If they have Entourage the PDF will display, in part at least, in their
email. They can open the entire newsletter with Acrobat reader (Windows or
Mac) or Preview (on OS X).
