Generally, the specific headers are deleted when you forward using
Entourage. Entourage does not forward as attachment by default like some
other e-mail clients (notably Netscape).  When you select a message and
press the Forward button, all that you see is what gets passed on.  You can
highlight the part of the message you want to forward and then click forward
to eliminate header garbage from the message you received.  Short headers
will appear automatically telling some brief details about the original
message, but these can be deleted if desired.  All that will be sent in that
case is the forwarded content, and your own message's headers (which need to
exist, including Message-ID, Received, and sometimes Return-Path).
