You could get my Export-Import Entourage X (shareware) scripts at AppleScript Central <http://www.applescriptcentral.com/> which will export any selection of contacts you make, or by category, or any number of other ways. They include the category too. If your secretary has Outlook or Outlook Express Windows, there is a converter script that will convert the list into precisely the format she needs to import directly there with all the correct fields.
