I think you can do this through Entourage; I don't think it's possible directly. Open Entourage, then go to Entourage -> Switch Identity. Create a new identity. Now, go to File -> Import. Choose "Import information from a program", then choose "Claris Organizer". Continue the wizard, and it should import them all in normally.
Now, export these contacts and import them into Address Book. Check out FAQ article #127 on The Entourage Help Page to learn how: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/faq/faqs.html#anchor-127> You can import them by either using the script, or by dragging them directly into Address Book/using File -> Import -> vCards after dragging contacts from Entourage to the Desktop. I understand Paul Berkowitz is in the process of releasing a script that will allow one to do this function in a more complete fashion.
