Since it must be a POP account, go to Tools/Accounts/Mail/each account/Options and click "Allow online access" (You don't need to check "Leave messages on server" for the purpose you want it here, but you might prefer to - and the go read and reply to your messages here rather than in your Inbox. It's up to you.) Now you'll see a server icon in your Folder list with the name of each account.
