You could put a script in the Shared folder, and aliases to it in the Script Items folder of two or more users, if there was a good reason to want to use it "cumulatively" by both users. But some scripts would get horribly muddled if you tried that. (Scripts which keep records of messages or folders or whatever in their script properties). I don't think it's a good idea to try it.
