Dear List, I'm hoping you can give me a suggestion for what I'm trying to accomplish. I'm using Entourage 2001.
Here's my need: I have a daily FedEx pickup. On days that I don't need the pickup, I need to send an email to my local FedEx dispatch center at 4:00 telling them to cancel the pickup. (That way my daily pickup won't be cancelled due to low usage.) Right now I have a daily event set up in my calendar with a reminder that pops up at 3:55, telling me to email FedEx. That's great, but it fills up my calendar with an event five days a week, which is a bit unruly. 1) Is there anyway to hide this event in the calendar, but still have it remind me? 2) Instead of using the Calendar, is there a way to have an email template pop to the front every day at 3:55, so I can send it if necessary. Right now I'm using the Message Template E script by Paul B. to generate my manual email anyhow. Thanks for your help!
