A script for placing an mailing address into new EntourageX record

Title: A script for placing an mailing address into new Entourage X record

I have customers who email me their information in a classic format:

Angela Smith
123 Main Street
Memphis, TN 38122

Is there a Entourage X script that can take this info and place it into a new contact record? Or any script that has an easier method for getting  a person's info int a new record other than typing it all in.

I think I used to have one that did this, but I wasn't able to locate it at www.applescriptcentral.com.
