Hi,

I am running Palm Desktop 4.0 and I guess I didn't describe my connection
set-up correctly...I use a Keyspan USB adapter, which has always worked in
the past (as I mentioned before, I did take the step of downloading and
installing the Keyspan driver update for Mac OS X) thinking that it might be
the problem.  Do you have any other suggestions?  Thanx!
