It is a possibility that had occurred to me.  I tried quitting Suitcase,
quitting Entourage, and relaunching EntX.  When I tried going to the Address
Book, I still received the "Out of Memory" error.

You don't suppose the typefaces are still activated even though Suitcase is
off?
