This is how my co-worker who moved from a PC to a Mac did it: -Open your address book in Outlook. -Select all your addresses. -Drag them out of the address window into a folder on your desktop. -Copy the folder from the PC to the Mac. -Open the folder and select all the files. -Drag the selected files from the folder into the Entourage X address window.
He had over 300 addresses and it worked slick! Don't know if it will work with 4500 though... Good luck! BTW, I learned how to do this from Apples great website on Switching.
