Paul Berkowitz has a script that sets the _Account_ of an outgoing message according to the recipient address. It would not be difficult to adapt that script so that it set the _signature_ of the message according to the _category_ of the recipient. The idea is that the script runs once a minute, on a schedule. If the current front window is a draft message window, it does its checking; otherwise it does nothing. So it takes very little time. Running once a minute is usually enough, since 60 seconds would be the maximum time from when you start a message till when the script runs, and usually you are writing well over one minute. However, for one-liners, like a quick reply, "No, sorry!", it's easy to miss. In that case, I have the script assigned to a hot key so I can run it at will as well. (I still miss a few...) Look for the script "Mailing List Account X" on macscripter.net, if you know how to modify scripts. If not, let us know, and probably one of us can do it. -- Microsoft MVP for Entourage/OE/Word (MVPs are volunteers) Allen Watson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Entourage FAQ site: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> AppleScripts for Outlook Express and Entourage: <http://members.thinkaccess.net/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/Scripts/> Entourage Help Pages: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
