The "To:" field and the "CC:" addressees can all see each other; it's the addressees in the "BCC:: field that can't be seen by others. Recall what the names of these fields mean; "To:" is rather obvious, "CC:" stand for 'carbon copy', and "BCC:" stands for 'blind carbon copy'. My personal convention is that I put people in the "To:" field from whom I expect action as a result of the e-mail, and people in the "CC:" field who just need to know what's going on. "BCC:" is often used when you don't want to broadcast the list of recipients. HTH...
