I have a friend who uses Ent OS 9. On a recent boot, it appeared as if he lost everything, identity and old emails. (Unfortunately, he had not made a back up!). In EntX, we have the Option key on launch to 'rebuild' the database...does that exist in Ent OS 9? Would it help? If not what might?
