If you have Office, you can use Word to create a Data Merge with an e-mail message as the destination. Choose Data Merge Manager off of the Tools menu in Word to get started.

Before you start flaming me let me tell you that I am not a spammer! I simply used to send some holiday greetings to my clients and acquaintances once a year. This also helped me to keep my contact listings up-to-date. Now I am searching for a script that takes an e-mail address from my entourage address book, takes the first, last or both names from the contact, paste it into a mail, checks for a second e-mail adress, ...., moves on to the next contact. In the good old days there was a script for Emailer. I had to export my contacts, write a message and then the script would create the e-mails and tell Emailer to send them out when there were 50 mails in the outbox. Does anybody know of such script for entourage? I've heard that there are mailing list applications out there that can do so but I do send outs once or twice a year so I am not sure if it is worth the money.
