Why don't you just set "Empty Deleted Items" schedule to work on a repeating schedule 1 minute after every Send & Receive All, in that case? You won't notice it at all. Otherwise you have to do it by scripting. What version of Entourage, and how much memory do you have, that you find running scripts from rules makes everything grind to a halt? I remember that vaguely from Entourage 2001 and OE 5, but I do not find it to be the case with Entourage X SR-1 and later. -- Paul Berkowitz -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
