Diane, Thanks so much. I don't know why but I have such a mental block when it comes to scripting. I've bought 3 books on Applescript, including Applescript for Dummies, and even it makes me feel like a Dummy. They all introduce components too fast. I'll try the tutorial and maybe all the scripting terms will start to make sense.
