Is this an IMAP account? With an IMAP account the message moves to the local
Outbox while it is being sent. Once it is successfully sent, Entourage will
attempt to move the message to the "Sent Items" folder on the server, which
appears to be where you are having the problem. Is your Sent Items folder
specified in the Account setup?

I have never had this problem before. Yes, the message being sent was first sent to the outbox , and then it was moved to the sent folder. The last ten messages I sent are in the outbox. When I click on any of them I am told I cannot open the message it is being sent. Will I have to re-install the application? if yes, I will migrate to Mail. Thank you.
