Hi everybody,

The Junk Mail Filter has been very reliable for me since I first used
Entourage, but over the last few months, spam has managed to go through it.

I always set things up for a mail rule to intercept everything marked as
junk and put it in a custom spam folder.

At first, the Junk Mail Filter sensitivity was set to "average" and when
spam started to appear in my Inbox, I increased the sensitivity. I did that
until it reached its highest level of sensitivity. For a while, this worked.
In the last couple of days, spam has been getting to my Inbox despite the
fact that the Junk Mail Filter is set to its highest sensitivity level.

I updated Office X by downloading the latest version updates - I was hoping
for the Junk Mail Filter to be updated - and it didn't work.

Is there anything I can do now ?
