Yes it does - in fact Synchronize Pro X can run a script when it is done if you are a little creative. [drifting a bit off topic] I have timed backups. A 10PM a scheduled backup starts that backs up one small folder (not the identities folder) - when that backup completes I have it run a scrip that quits Entourage. At 10:05 a scheduled backup of the identities folder runs. It ends with a script that restarts Entourage. I am "pushing' the backup from the machine that is running Entourage. I'd be real careful if you are moving things two directions. Make sure that you use the "if both have change move to conflicts" option so that you don't get into trouble. Remember that simply looking at your mail file will make all of the dates current - so even if you do not receive or send any new messages this file could look newer than another file.
