Title: Entourage Mac to Win Outlook Express

Does anyone know how to export a Address Book from a Mac Entourage 2001 and then import it to a Win Outlook Express 2002?

I’ve tried to use the export feature to create a CSV file but Outlook can’t handle the CSV file to import.
