Is there a way to take a calendar that is on one computer and move only the calendar events to another machine? We are getting a new secretary and she needs the master calendar that is on our admin. secretary machine. We are using OS9 and Entourage 2001
You could get my shareware scripts "Export-Import Entourage 2001" which do just that (plus tasks, contacts, and virtually everything except rules and schedules, all separately as desired). You can confine yourself, after the first time, to just new events, or events in a certain time frame. In Entourage 2001 AppleScript can't calculate the recurrence pattern of recurring events, however: you'd have to upgrade to Entourage X in OS X to get those. The scripts are here:
