A message in your Outbox could not be sent using account "RichardMail." The server did not recognize the recipients or the server refuses to allow you to send mail.
This is the message I get when I have an invalid email address – which happens when I have "Display Recent Addresses" selected in my prefs. Sometimes, I don't properly select from that list, and the "To" filed ends up with only the first few characters of the correct to address instead of the full address.
This may not be what is happening to you, but that same error messages results from the error I have described. Perhaps that will offer a clue.
