I would expect it > to either work or not work. Well, in this case it isn't works or doesn't work. Palm rewrote their ContactsDB application for the newer Palm models. In doing so, they didn't want to obsolete all of the old conduits so they provided a translation layer. Unfortunately, the translation layer is poorly written and will overwrite some of the new fields on the Palm.
