With Entourage 2001, you've got a v1.0 release for non-Email, non-Address Book features, such as the calendar. (Entourage's email and Address Book were built on top of Outlook Express 5, and represent a sort of v5.0 in Entourage 2001). When you eventually move to OS X and get Entourage X, you'll find a lot of improvements. But printing the calendar is still not great. We're all awaiting the next release, since calendar printing has been one of the most sought-after feature improvements. In the meantime, I'd recommend switching to List View and print that.
