I have similar folders and schedules for mail > such as this group list. Since the mail is a year old, there is no big need to delete it on a daily basis. I suggest changing it to weekly or longer. An option to Retrospect's backup is to drag a folder to desktop as an MBOX file. You could use a Custom View for messages that are older than xxxxx and then drag the icon for that custom view to the desktop. Now that mail is forever saved as an MBOX file. -- Diane Ross Mac MVP Entourage Help Page <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
