We are in the process of converting our Outlook for Mac users to Entourage using Exchange accounts.  The problem we are experiencing is that 1 in every 3 users client seems to be really sluggish and unresponsive after the install.  We have let all of these computers run Entourage for 48+ hours since adding the account.  Its even still occurring on our test users who have had the client for 30 days.

 

Our organization does have a lot of public folders, but the users rely heavily on the shared calendars and use OWA a lot so not syncing those activities with the server is out of the question.

 

Is there anything else we can do?
