I'm sure a reasonably proficient Applescripter (which I'm not) could easily whip up a script to do the conversion. Years ago, when we transitioned from Vaxmail to Netscape, I created a FileMaker Pro database that would convert contacts to the LDIF format. It only did First, Last, and Email, but it could be extended without too much difficulty.
